This is our business address, not a shop and not a returns address. Please only send a return once we have confirmed the return address with you.
Support hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (CET/CEST), except on public holidays. Messages that arrive outside those hours are handled on the next working day.
What helps us answer faster
- Your order number from the order confirmation
- The exact product name or item number
- For a complaint, one or two photos of the item or the packaging
- Your delivery or billing address if the question is about an address change
Orders, shipping and returns

Business customers
For quotations on larger quantities, purchase on account or tenders, email info@freddys-store.com with the subject "business customer", your company address and your VAT identification number.
